Derek Hough in New York Spring Spectacular

In 2015, Derek starred in the New York Spring Spectacular (NYSS) alongside the legendary Rockettes and the Tony winner singer, Laura Benanti.

According to Broadway.com “New York Spring Spectacular tells the story of three New Yorkers: an old-fashioned NYC tour guide, a techie who wants to turn the tours into a virtual reality wonderland and a determined young man with a secret agenda of his own. Set to a score of original tunes and classic hits, the three change each other’s lives in unexpected ways and learn that the charm of the Big Apple is timeless.

NYSS previews started on March 12, 2015 at Radio City Music Hall and was set to run through May 3, but it was extended through May 7, 2015. The Opening night was set for March 26, 2015.
